TouchPOS is a point of sale system built for UK restaurants and takeaways. It runs on Windows 10/11 and iPad, and includes table management, kitchen printing, SumUp card payments, VAT reports, Z reports and delivery orders.
How much does TouchPOS cost?
£29 per month per device. There is a 14-day free trial with no card charge. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Does TouchPOS work without the internet?
Core POS functions work offline. The app requires an internet connection on launch to verify your licence, and re-checks every 30 minutes. If the server is unreachable for more than 30 minutes the app will prompt you.
What printers does TouchPOS support?
TouchPOS supports ESC/POS network thermal printers (connected by IP address) and Star TSP100III LAN printers. Both receipt and kitchen printing are supported.
Can I take card payments?
Yes. TouchPOS integrates with SumUp card readers for in-person card payments.
Do I need a gettakeaway.net account?
Yes. TouchPOS syncs your menu from your gettakeaway.net account. You can sign up for free at gettakeaway.net.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your licence is checked on every launch and every 30 minutes. If your subscription lapses the app blocks access until you renew.
Can I use TouchPOS on multiple devices?
Each licence is tied to one device. You can purchase additional licences for additional devices at £29/month each.
